The room was large and spotless, exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

The staff are top-class, managed the parking on-site.

Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, great and incredible location within walking distance of event. I was upgraded to a brand-new queen room with microwave and fridge. The property staff was pleasant and friendly. Location: the hotel 

Everything was simply great. The hotel was little, the room was outstanding and brand-new, had essentials for an awesome stay. Its location near Teragram Ballroom was marvellous. The staff were top-class and very nice 

That hotel was convenient, the rooms were brand-new and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Marvellous location for visiting bars and restaurants walking distance to the venue. The restaurant was good with delicious food.

The room was large and complete with microwave and fridge and the bedroom, as for instance. The location was great and absolutely perfect and the staff members were top-class. 16 miles away from Los Angeles International airport.

Helpful staff and excellent customer service. We accidentally left an iPad behind and the staff went above and beyond to return it to us. They even assisted with shipping it back to our home. We felt safe with the hotel's security measures and

The hotel is within walking distance of the Staples Center (and lots of restaurants), which is why we booked the room. Its surrounding neighborhood is located in a decent area of la; we did not feel unsafe walking back to our

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was excellent - clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the price, it was

The first room was filthy, the carpets were stained and the bathroom was full of "crickets". The microwave was non-existent and the fridge was taped together. Next day asked for a room without bugs. The second room was much better, hardwood floors, no "crickets", mircowave and fridge seemed new. Hotel is in a very sketchy area of la. It was very noisy. The pool was dirty so we couldn't use it and there were no chairs around the pool so we couldn't even sit outside around it. When we checked in, we were given the remote to the tv to take back to our room. The air conditioning units in both rooms were not sealed so easy access for bugs to enter the room through the wall. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but we checked out after 2 nights and moved to the Comfort Inn (100 times better) down the street for only $10 more.
